A wine tour is a bit more than a tour throughout vineyards.  Chillout Travel knows it very well, and offers its customers guided wine tours based on a combination of boutique, premium wineries and a lot of fun.   Decide among private,... more public or boutique tours, and Chillout Travel will surprise you for professionalism, competence and the great knowledge of the Area.   Join the one day tour in the Yarra Valley, and visit famous wineries such as Domaine Chandon, and begin to understand the differences between wine flavours, by tasting some great wines at De Bortoli's winery, a third generation Italian winery.   Lunch time is spent at Train Trak Vineyard, where a delicious two course meal is served, in a peaceful environment overlooking acres of vineyards, drinking prestigious wine perfectly matched with local food.   After lunch go to visit Yering Station the oldest vineyard in the valley and try the excellent Cuvee's and an awesome Fortified Shiraz, while wandering around the gardens.   At the end of the tour enjoy the visit at Domaine Chandon, the worldwide famous winery, and learn the wine production processes, while tasting cheese, crusty bread and relish, with a glass of sparkling or still wine.   All mini buses are air-conditioned, spacious with excellent viewing and comfort, pick up and drop off areas are in Melbourne city centre, St. Kilda or door to door.   "Enjoy great wine, great food and a great day out..."   Check out the website http://www.chillouttravel.com/ for more information.
