Since swimming around the waterfalls probably isn’t the best idea, those who don’t get enough water in Niagara Falls should visit the Fallsview Indoor Waterpark, which is the area’s newest and largest facility of its kind.
Located at the Falls Avenue Entertainment Complex at 5685 Falls Avenue across the street from the falls, the park sports three acres of aquatic fun, including 16 waterslides (some are as tall as six stories), a large wave pool, 1,000-gallon tipping bucket, outdoor swimming area, sundeck, hot tub, jungle-style playhouse and fun kids’ pool. When you’ve worked up an appetite in the water, you can dine at the on-site Planet Hollywood Beach Club.
In conjunction with three area hotels, Fallsview also has hotel packages available for as low as $159. If you’re staying in Niagara Falls and plan on swimming at Fallsview, you can get great deals at Sheraton on the Falls, Crowne Plaza and the Skyline Inn, all of which are located in the park’s resort.
