TheSeawall Promenadeis a structure surroundingStanley ParkinVancouverand represents one of the favourite place where to practise sport without getting away from the city centre. The itinerary of the Seawall Promenadetwists and turns aroundStanley Parkand is very popular with joggers; there are also many cyclists and roller skaters. The total length of the course isslightly less than 9 kilometres(roughly 5 miles).
