Downtown Montreal is the central business district which is situated in Montreal in Quebec. It actually lies at the foot of Mount Royal, an urban park and famous tourist destination. It even extends toward the Saint Lawrence River. This neighborhood has most of the skyscrapers of the city, which, by law are not greater in height than Mount Royal. Downtown is part of the Borough of Ville-Marie.
