Strolling along the pleasant streets food wise you'll be surprised at just how much fruit diversity Colombia offers; in just a single neighbourhood you'll find dozenzs of carts selling all sorts of brightly coloured, sweet smelling fruit!
Try the typical MANGO BICHE,a green mango served with salt ,pepper and refreshing lemon juice! Coffee can be found everywhere, as well as the must have AREPAS, the typical Colombian snack basically they're corn pancakes filled with ham, cheese or sometimes eggs, or still you'll find them served grilled with Chorizo.
In La Candelaria quarter you'll taste the simple and so delicious MAZORCA, corn grilled on charcoal grills served with melting butter and salt....
