The Castle is one of the main attractions in Prague. Overlooking the city and encompasses an enormous wealth. Inside in fact, more than three courtyards, you can visit it's important buildings: the St. Vitus Cathedral, the Old Royal Palace and the church of St George. There is also a long walk in the gardens attached, offering a magnificent view.

The Prague Castle in Prague, Europe is the largest medieval castle complex.Dating back to the ninth century, the castle is an architectural delight with the first important building to be built in the complex being the Church of Our Lady. ... Today, it is listed in the Guinness Book of World Records for being one of the world’s biggest castles. Representing almost every architectural style of the last millennium, it includes the Romanesque Basilica of St. George and the gothic St.Vitus Cathedral along with the National Gallery housing a collection of Bohemian art. Prized possessions of the castle are the Czech Crown Jewels which are permanently preserved here and occasionally displayed. They consist of the St. Wenceslas crown and the Royal Apple.
