This is an archaeological museum built in 1995 by Henri Ciriani. Most of the exhibits are Roman with some stunning mosaics and well preserved carvings dating to the first and fourth century. The display of sarcophagi shows the transition from pagan to Christian symbolism. There are household items used by women in Arles before the Romans, as well as, collections as per themes arranged in its spacious rooms with plenty of lights.
