Phoenix Park is located at the very entrance of the city of Nice. The park is about 7 hectares big and holds the largest greenhouse in the world. The greenhouse is about 7000 square meters big and 25 meters high and preserves over 2500 different plant species, including rare ones. This is of course the major attraction in the park: imagine to walk around 20 of these themed gardens and to walk through different tropical climates that work as a habitat for all species of animals, such as breeds, caimans, iguanas, corals, and exotic birds. The entrance is only 2 euros and it is free for kids under 12 years old. The park is open from October to March and from April to September from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
