The Hofbräuhaus literally the National Brewery in Munich, is the oldest and most famous brewery of Munich of Bavaria.
It was built in 1589 by Duke Wilhelm V and is still owned by the German government.
The place in the month of October is the center of the Oktober Fest.
Visiting the brewery for a "beer" is a nice experience among many tourists and the general confusion, the orchestras and the grind of the waiters carrying dozens of one litre glasses in each hand.

Vedi tutto serve to more than 5000 people at a time. The place offers memorable sight of tourists enjoying their drink, singing German songs and dancing around the table. Around 10000 litres of beer are served in the restaurant, taproom, beer garden and banqueting hall. The conventional food, beer, dance, music coupled with a pleasant atmosphere make Hofbrauhaus a must-visit venue for every tourist. The visitors would also enjoy the Oktoberfest held at this place throughout the year.

Today, the Hofbräuhaus, thanks to its well-known brand, has opened several branches in different cities around the world. In the building you can actually eat, drink and spend a joyful evening, since vibrant orchestras and waiters in traditional Bavarian costumes fill the large frescoed room on the ground floor, while on the second floor is the large ballroom, which in the evening features a dinner buffet at a fixed price with musical performances. You can also eat outside in the so-called beer garden.
