St. Peter’s Church is a Roman Catholic Church and is the oldest church in the inner city of Munich. This church stands on the Petersbergl and is a slight eminence which was settled by the monks before the foundation of the town. This church is affectionately called as Old Peter. It suffered widespread damage during World War II. The unusual tower has eight systematically placed clock faces and has spectacular view.
