This property is located in front of the BMW Museum and the BMW management building; is a building of the twentieth century, called BMW Welt, designed by Coop Himmelb(L)au. The building is futuristic and multi-functional; it brings back to mind the shape of a double cone with a ceiling of clouds hanging on the transparent glass structure. The property is located in front of the Olympia Park, and is used both as an exhibition center and for car delivery, with a small exhibition museum nearby. The structure is equipped with internal lifts, small shops where you can buy gadgets and small gifts strictly BMW. You can touch the cars and motorcycles exposed, there is also a special area dedicated to children. The exhibition areas are alternated with areas where you can rest thanks to small bars for refreshment and information points.

The focus is on technical development as well as on benefits of modernity. The futuristic silver building where the museum is housed in is known as the salad bowl or the white cauldron. The building was designed by BMW headquarters architect, Karl Schwanzer. Slideshows and in-depth exhibits are situated on four “islands” inside the building. The museum is worth visiting not only for BMW fans, but also for history lovers as BMW represents the prosperity and technical excellence which represents Germany's incredible post -war success and development.
