Munich Parks and Garden: Information about Legoland

Legoland in Munich was opened in 2002 by the famous Danish Lego house. Spread over a total area of 140 hectares, the park includes various thematic areas and more than 40 attractions and spectacular shows. Among the main attractions you definitely need to see Miniland, where there are reconstructed with millions of colorful Lego bricks, some towns and attractions, both of Bavaria (as the Allianz Arena stadium in Munich and the castle of Neuschwanstein), and of the rest of the world. One of the most popular attractions is the great castle, Knights' Kingdom, where there is also the opportunity to take a tour on a train in the shape of a dragon. The latest attractions are the Kingdom of the Pharaohs, to immerse yourself in ancient Egypt, and in 2011 a space completely dedicated to the Star Wars saga was introduced. To make a quieter ride through the park you can take a steam train or go on the panoramic tower. There are several dining options located in the theme park.
