The famous area of ??Paranga in Mykonos hosts two small beaches separated by a rocky promontory: Agia Anna Paranga, covered with rocks, and the sandy Paranga, with the sea bed that stretches out to sea. Umbrellas covered with palm leaves give an exotic air to the two coves, that were incidently very popular with Italians in the past.
Close to the beaches, which become very crowded from the late morning and are certainly less suited to those looking for quiet, is one of the two campsites on the island. There are also many bars and tourist shops. The city center is 5 km away, Paradise beach is a few minutes’ walk away.
