The really thin gravel and soft dark sand of Perissa beach is a sight not to miss. Perissa is one of the biggest village in Santorini, located in the South, 15 kilometres far from Fira. The beach seafront is the widest of the whole island and you can smell the Mediterranean vegetation scent. It is very lively at the sunset, when the several bars, tavernas and small clubs become crowded with tourists.
