This is a mosque whose history dates back to the 15th century. It is one of the most famous mosques in Gujarat. This mosque was built by a slave named Sidi Saiyyed, hence the name. The entire structure of the mosque is arched. There are designs of stones arranged in a geometrical manner at the back of the mosque. There are ten screen windows considered as ‘Jalis’ in this mosque and prayers are offered through them.
