The Bella Villa Apartments is situated in the town centre of Riva del Garda, in a very central yet quiet area, only few steps away from the lake, the historical centre, the Fraglia della Vela, the Congress Building, the Harbour and about 300 m. far from the beach. Bus stop is 20 m. far away. There are 6 apartments and an independent four-room bungalow called “villetta” at the Bella Villa Apartments, all very well furnished and fully equipped with all modern technologies like air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, oven, dishwasher, security video-phone and chip-card keys. To complete the services of Bella Villa Apartments there is a balcony and a parking place for each apartment and guests have free use of a storage area for bikes, motorcycles and surf equipment and of a communal washing machine. Small pets are allowed (at a cost). Damage deposit is to be paid on cash upon arrival.
