The Cala dei Corsari, located on the northernmost tip of Sardinia called the Capo Testa, is a snorkeler’s delight: crystal clear, calm waters with, oh, you know, a couple of sunken Roman granite columns lying on the sea floor. No big deal!!!
While you may not want to move an inch off of Rena Bianca, Santa Teresa di Gallura’s stunning beach, take the time to head to just short way off the easternmost tip of Capo Testa to enjoy the Cala dei Corsari. Lots of people swim with dolphins - but how many get to say they swam with Roman columns? A must for any history-buff!
