Casale a Poggiano in Montepulciano

Tuscany has always been a centre of tourism. This is due to its rich countryside; its wonderful heritage of art and culture; to the hospitality and friendliness of the tuscan peoples and also to its extraordinary cuisine and its world-famous wines. Montepulciano is at the heart of this region, surrounded by rolling, majestic hills stretching into the distance, and strategically placed for sight-seeing and cultural activities. Here Mother Nature still rules with her green rod.Villages and woodlands cluster togheter and the sum total is superlative.Casale a Poggiano itself is a "magic" spot full of peace, beauty and friendlinessThe old farmhouse, dating from 1874,is typical of the area and has been carefully and lovingly rebuilt and modernised, keeping the warmth and authenticity of its origins while offering first class accommodation; it’s ready to welcome you and offer you those small attentions which make the "difference" ! The house is surrounded by a large, shady garden with a spectacular view over Montepulciano and the hills around - a wonderful place to relax and unwind.Just the position of the house is , in hitself, an attraction of no mean order; it nestles on the hillside overlooking Montepulciano and one can relax in the garden with a glass of Chianti to hand and allow one’s troubles to fade gently away…the peace and quiet here are a real therapy…
