Montecarlo is a small town of around 5000 people located in the province of Lucca, in the magnificent region of Tuscany. Founded by Boemia's Emperor Carlo IV, the town hosts and it's surrounded by extended fields of vines and olive trees. Indeed, oil is one of the best product you can find in this town and its quality is well-known all around the country and dresses a lot of beutiful local dishes. Among its main amenities we can certainly include the Fortress of Cerruglio, Saint Andrew's Church, the 'Theatre of Rassicurati' dating back to the end of 18th century and the old walls surrounding the town. Driving less then an hour takes you to Florence, while Pisa is just 44km away from the city. The landscape, made by the typical tuscanian hills and countryside, attracts thousands of tourists every year..
