A baroque pearl, St. Agata Abbey was built by Giovanni Battista Vaccarini upon the ruins of the ancient church dedicated to the saint.

Inside, rather sober and austere, there are no paintings but just statues and mosaics on the floor.

How to get there: the church is in the city centre, opposite the left side of the Cahedral.
