It was built by Emperor Hadrian in the second century AD. The main feature is the dome, with a central eye of 9 meters in diameter, which allows you to watch the sky from inside the building. Legend has it that inside the Pantheon, despite the opening, water can not enter in the event of rain.

The Pantheon is a building which is located in Rome and was originally built as a temple to all the Gods of Ancient Rome. This historic building was rebuilt in 126 AD during the reign of Hadrian. This site is ... Vedi tutto the best preserved building of its age in the world. It has been in continuous uses throughout its history. This building is the oldest standing domed structure in Rome.
