Although Polish cuisine might not rate that high with professional foodies from around the world, it’s perhaps only because it is so rarely and seldom marketed. Most of the city’s popular restaurants and bars are international cuisines lined along Monte Casino Street, where visitors can comfortably eat and drink, and then maybe eat some more. Some notable restaurants include Pub Charlie for an all-out American menu, Tesoro (for the best pizza in town), Tomo Sushi, Green Way for a vegetarian menu, or Cyrano et Roxane, if you are craving for a little piece of Paris in the heart of Sopot.
It is noted that Poland is not the affordable tourist mecca that it once was, so be prepared to pay Western European and American menu prices. After touring many of Sopot’s fine dining options, we can almost guarantee that you won’t be left with a sour taste. In fact, you might be making your second rounds, coming for more. Smacznego!
