I'm an avid fan of the Japanese Garden, however after my last experience I don't think I will be visiting the park with my kids as it is not safe. On Saturday 14/4/2012 I was sitting under a tree with ... Vedi tutto my family, when all of a sudden the entire tree fell onto my head, leaving me bleeding and bruised; there was no one on sight to assist, other than some helpfull people that assisted in stopping the bleeding, i had to be rushed of to hospital. The parks board finally arived and all they could do was stare at the tree the whole time, I had to have stitches to my head, I suffered soft tissue damage on my shoulders. I'm disgusted that the park was in such bad shape, Thank God My kids weren't Hurt.

I was amazed by beautiful park and how well maintained, however I will not be visiting this park again. I was attacked by three black guys with a screw driver who robbed me of all my possession and in return ... Vedi tutto tried to stab me three times with the screw driver. Then disappeared into the back of the park and escaped through a drainage hole underneath the highway. No security or even employees was seen anywhere in the park. This place is not safe for anyone.

I am an avid gardener and hasn't been to the Japanes gardens for many years. I went there in September 2010 school holidays and was disgusted with the rubbish lying around, liquor bottles, graffitti unkept gardens, dirty ponds broken statues ... Vedi tutto even the meditation garden is heartbroken to look at. Rather charge an entrance fee and look after places like this. I would love to know who the custodions are of the Japanese gardens.
