Giralda construction was started in the year 1184 which lasted for over 12 years. This historic building is situated in Seville and is considered as one of the three remaining Almohad minarets in the world. The name, Giralda is named after for the weather vane on its summit. This tower is topped with almost four copper spheres which can be seen for miles around.
