Giralda construction was started in the year 1184 which lasted for over 12 years. This historic building is situated in Seville and is considered as one of the three remaining Almohad minarets in the world. The name, Giralda is named after for the weather vane on its summit. This tower is topped with almost four copper spheres which can be seen for miles around. Further, this building was used to call the faithful people to pray and also used as an observatory over the city of Seville.

The Giralda Tower is the bell tower of the Cathedral of Seville and is considered as one of the largest churches in the world. This tower is an amazing example of the Baroque and the Gothic architectural style. The first ... Moreover, this tower was also one of the vital symbols in the medieval city.
