The King’s Circus which is now called as The Circus was built in 1768. This Georgian structure is a circular space divided into 3 segments and is surrounded by large townhouses. King’s Circus is a historical monument built by John Wood the Elder, with the intention to recreate a classical Palladian architectural structure for the city. This structure was a masterpiece created by him, which bought him to the peak of his career.
