The Jewry Wall and Archeology Museum is placed in the wonderful setting of Roman’s town remains of public baths. There is also one of the most famous landmarks in Leicester and has some rare examples of Roman walls which survived for 2000 years. The Jewry Wall is considered as the second largest surviving piece of Roman civil masonry in the country. There are 2 arched doorways which are between the cold room and the gymnasium of the bathroom. The origin of the museum name is still a mystery till date.
