The Minera lead mines and county park has spectacular glimpses which belong to the industrial past of the Clywedog valley. The park is located in the top of the Clywedog valley and has a trail which can be used for going around the Minera Mountain. A simple walk by the railway line can help one in unwinding the lead mines along with the park. The park has facilities like car parking, easy access for those who are disabled, arrangement for school party.
