The Grassmarket is a small place situated in central Edinburgh in Scotland. This market was known as one of the main markets of Edinburgh for horses and cattle trades from 1477 to 1911. Other than that, it was also the setting for public executions. This market has some of the tallest buildings in Edinburgh with some having nine stories. This old market is amidst clubs, pubs, two large Apex Hotels and local retail shops.
