Monrovia can be described as a city situated in foothills of ‘San Gabriel Mountains’, within San Gabriel Valley, county of Los Angeles, California, US.

Overall Guide : Compare to most West African Countries, and considering its post war status, I see Monrovia as safe. Criminal activities are minimal, because here compare to places like Accra and Abidjan, have some level of security.
