Overall Guide : Its a good place to grow up if you stay away from certain areas. I wish there were more live music and festivals. I love downtown and I wish it was not as run down. It can be hard to... more meet people in the area because many people have lived here for a long time. I think the education in the area is really bad and drop out rates are crazy. Not somewhere I want to live forever but is a great place for a family if you do everything right.
Not to be missed Rose garden at Christmas , Resturants (there is some great food if you know where to go)
