The Property Protection Plan is $50 on time non- refundable and covers the following: Property Protection Plan - At a cost of $50 to relieve you of the cost for all unintentional and incidental damage to the property and its contents up to $500. This Property Protection Plan does NOT cover intentional damage, theft, excessive cleaning, and unintentional/incidental damage over amount of coverage purchased or any damage. You must have a valid credit card on file. The guest hereby authorizes Starmark Vacation Homes to charge guest credit card for any intentional damage, theft, excessive cleaning charges, unintentional and incidental damage over amount of coverage purchased. Once you have received your confirmation from Orbitz, you must contact Starmark Vacation Homes at least 1 week prior to arrival and no later than 72 hours at 1-866-254-0088 during business hours 8AM-5PM EST MON-SUN to register with us and pay for extras. Once registered Starmark will send check in instructions and address of home via email.
