The pool, which is fully screened, can be heated for an additional supplement which is recommended in the cooler months. The garage has even been converted into a games room, which features a pool table. The community also benefits from a community pool and a play area for children. Minimum age required for check-in is 21 years. Check-in is located at 2436 Sand Mine Road in Davenport. If you arrive after our office is closed, please collect your arrival pack from the lockbox located outside our office. Be sure to collect only the envelope with your name on it. A representative will return your call and assist you. Sunny Davenport is located close to all attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World and Wet-N-Wild. Shopping and tons of restaurants are less than 10 minutes away.
