One of the oldest pubs of Boston and of the world, the Warren Tavern has offered beer and pretzels since when George Washington and Thomas Jefferson were alive.
It carries the name of the general Joseph Warren, one of the heroes died during the battle of Bunker Hill against the British troops. The pub was inaugurated in 1780.
