Lakemont Park is situated in Altoona in Pennsylvania. It houses the oldest surviving roller coaster in the world, which is the Leap-The-Dips. This park opened in the year 1894 as a trolley park and was the first amusement park in 1899. Moreover, this is the eighth oldest park in the United States. Owned by the Boyer Candy Company from 1986 until 1988, it is also known as Boyertown USA. At present, the park thrills guests with around 30 rides and attractions.
