Myrtle Beach State Park in Surfside Beach
Myrtle Beach State Park is a small state park which is situated in Myrtle Beach in South Carolina. The park has more than a few miles of forest. This park stretches along the Atlantic Ocean. This park center has interactive natural history displays along with display of live reptiles and saltwater aquariums. Spread in 312 acres, it got established in the year 1935. There are also nature education programs held by the park naturalists which focuses on the coastal habitats and its wildlife. Since its establishment, the area offers trip to the beach which meant a stay at this park. Each year, thousands of families from across the world have visited the park. This park is known as one of the most popular and diverse holiday destination of America. Overall, the park is a natural retreat and home to oceanfront maritime forest. However, pets are not allowed in the cabin areas of the park.
