Colonie Center can be described as a 1.3 million sq. ft. enclosed 2-level, regional ‘shopping center’ containing around 100 specialty stores. This center has been anchored by Sears, Macy’s, and Boscov’s. Apart from a broad spectrum of well-known retailers inclusive of Kay Jewelers, American Eagle, Bath and Body Works, the center houses several stores that seem to be unique with respect to market.
