Shoreline Village, with its beautiful and picturesque views, is a great place to head for a stroll or to spend some quality time people watching. It's quite touristy and parking is a nightmare, but if you can overlook those two things, it’s a pleasant place to hang out with tons of eateries and cute shops. There is also a trail that you can run, walk, and bike along.
You can sign up for boat tours or dinner cruises along the coastline as well as rent bikes and jet skis. Shoreline Village is steps away from the Aquarium of the Pacific, the Pike, Pine Square, the Queen Mary, and of course, the beach.
After a great day of sailing, be sure to swing by the Yard House for a drink and a great view of the docked boats. Shoreline Village can be pretty crowded on weekends and it’s not a place you’ll find the locals frequenting, but it’s still worth a trip. If for nothing other than the beautiful views.
