The Savannah Historic District is a large urban US historic district which corresponds to the city limits of Savannah in Georgia. This neighborhood was also declared a National Historic Landmark district in 1966 and is considered as one of the largest districts of its kind in US. Per year, this neighborhood attracts millions of tourists who get to enjoy its 18th and 19th century architecture and also the green spaces. Moreover, the district includes the birthplace of Juliette Gordon Law, the founder of the Girl Scouts of USA. There is also the Temple Mickve Israel, the third oldest synagogue in America.
