The Atomium is a monument which was built for Expo 58, the 1958 Brussels World Fair. This monument was exclusively designed by Andre Waterkeyn. It is a 102 meters high, which is 335 feet tall monument having nine steel spheres that are connected such way that the whole forms the shape of a unit cell of an iron crystal that is magnified 165 billion times.
