Mont-Tremblant is a village and an incorporated municipality in the Laurentian mountains of Quebec in Canada. Formed in 2000, this area is popular for ski resorts and race track, Circuit Mont-Tremblant which presently hosts the Grand-Am Cup. This area is also famous for football, cycling, hiking and a host of other outdoor activities.
This village is 130 kilometers to the North West of Montreal. Its total area is 91.1 square miles with land covering area of 90.5 square miles and water coverage of 1.4 square miles.
In 1991, the population of the place was 707. In 2001, along with other nearby merged cities, its population reached to 8.317 people. In 2006, the population of this village reached to 8,892 people.
Climate wise, Mont Tremblant has moderate summers having cool nights and warm days. During the winter, the temperature reaches to - 30 degree Celsius. In summer, it can exceed to 30 degrees Celsius.
