The Seine River is a major river of North Western France, known as one of the popular commercial waterways and an amazing tourist attraction in Paris, France.

River Seine is a major river and one of the well known commercial waterways too. Within the city of Paris, the river is a great tourist spot. This river is almost 24m above sea level with an average depth of ... Vedi tutto 8m in Paris. One can notice the splendid bridges that span this river, some of which are many centuries old. The oldest bridge is the Pont-Neuf, with its first stone laid in 1578. The recent bridge built is the Pont Charles de Gaulle, which got constructed in 1996. Since the middle Ages, the Parisian people had embellished the river banks. Most of the popular Paris sights are situated near to the Seine River like the Notre-Dame, the Orsay Museum, the Louvre, the Eiffel Tower and many more.
