The National Leprechaun Museum in Dublin
You didn’t think your trip to Ireland would be complete without visiting this one, eh? Mostly for the little ones, the National Leprechaun Museum in Dublin is dubbed a “magical, mythical look” at Ireland with different sights, sounds, and stories of the Emerald Isle. The museum is national cultural entertainment center that has numerous exhibits and displays that focus on Irish and Celtic culture and mythology.
The museum unfortunately might not impress the entire family, with very little to offer for adults, but might leave your young children happily entertained in fantasyland. Admission, at 10 euros a ticket, is on the high side, too.
Located on Jervis Street in Dublin, the National Leprechaun Museum is open Mondays through Saturdays from 9:30am to 6:30pm and Sundays from 10:30am to 6:30pm (take the Jervis train). For more information, contact +353 1 873 3899.
