Sassi Bianchi in San Gimignano ★★★

The agricultural establishment Sassi Bianchi has 40 hectares of land at its disposal and is situated in the splendid landscape of the Chianti hills. The property lies in a woody complex, a refuge for numerous wild animals. With some luck, one can encounter hares, pheasants, wild-boars, roe-bucks, badgers, bald-coots, or wild ducks, that go to water in the lake of the establishment. It is in the centre of an ideal triangle, where the vertexes are Volterra, San Gimignano and Colle Val d'Elsa.
