The Republic of Panama covering an area of 79,000 km2 in which live about 3.000,000 people speaking spanish as the official language, but english is known, though, has Panama as a capital city!
Religions practiced are roman catholic, islamic, jewish and protestantism.
Here tourists are offered much not to forget snorkelling, deep sea fishing and bird watching!
Interesting to know is that in Panama are only the dry and the rainy seasons and that temperatures are generally hot all year in the lowlands, pretty cooler in the highlands.

Overall Guide : Panama, a modern, successful and healthy metropolis, the true trading, business and political centre of the Nation, develops alonside the Pacific coast from what still remains of Panama Viejo and the Panama Canal. Do not miss when in... more Panama the Metroplotan Church from the 17th century, the Presidential Palace, the Spanish Sea Wall from the 16th century, the Inter-Oceanic Canal Museum and the History Museum. The area known as Casco Antiguo, witness of once great and impressive colonial period, is characterized by the stunning style of its buildings and still witnesses once great and impressive colonial period.

Overall Guide : You will never find more friendly people than those in Panama! I lived there for seven years, and guarantee that this is easily one of the nicest places on earth! Living there is very affordable, the populace is primarily Christian,... more and the lifestyle is not very different from the United States. I must say that if you are not a neighborly type, do not go to Panama. You simply would not fit in.
Not to be missed The people , The national parks , The beaches!
Overall rating 10
