Gyves House is a victorian building circa 1900 that has been thoroughly modernised while maintaining many period features. All rooms have high ceilings and many have original fireplaces. We are a recently established guest house ideally located just 30m from the sea, while the town center and pier are only 3mins walk putting us well within walking distance of all local ammenities. Eastbourne is well appointed with shops,theatres,bars and restauraunts that cater for a wide variety of tastes and styles. All the rooms in Gyves House are en-suite and centrally heated. They feature colour television with remote control and have tea and coffee facilities. Hair dryer and iron/ironing board is available on request.
