Westminster Abbey, London is a popular tourist attraction with a glorious past. The Westminster Abbey has witnessed the coronation, marriage and burial of several British monarchs since the eleventh century. The monument in itself is an architectural masterpiece and attracts... more several tourists from all over the world. The Lady Chapel, which was built by King Henry VII, is spectacular because of its fan vaulted ceiling. Other major attractions at the Westminster Abbey are the Coronation Chair, the Poets’ Corner, its organ and bells belonging to the thirteenth century, and the Shrine of Edward the Confessor. The monument’s garden, the College Garden, is 900 years old and is known for its plantations and its cultivation of herbs for medicinal purposes. Several tombs like the tomb of the Unknown Soldier, Royal Tombs etc. are also worth seeing.

The Tate modern is a modern art gallery situated in London, England.  This art gallery is known to be the national gallery of international modern art of Britain, forming a part of the Tate group.
