Welcome to our Kissimmee Villa, our beautiful air-conditioned Executive Florida Villa vacation home, with private pool and spa.

Situated on the sought-after Indian Point community, our spacious 2700 square ft villa sleeps up to 12, and is available for rental year round.

Indian Point, Kissimmee is a beautiful residential community situated 1 mile from Highway 192, convenient for the Wal-Mart superstore, and close to all the major attractions. Set in a beautiful wooded area, with a lake as the central point. Disney is a straightforward 10 minute drive, Universal Studios is a 20 - 25 minute drive.

The Family Room is very spacious and provides views of the swimming pool and patio area, through double patio doors. Three comfortable sofa's, Digital Satellite TV, DVD, VCR and stereo music system, selection of books and games. Elegant dining room seats eight.

The kitchen is fully fitted and includes:- Range cooker, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, large fridge/freezer with ice maker. All cooking utensils provided. . Breakfast nook and table seating for four. Computer desk with modern PC and 17 inch LCD flat monitor, with broadband ( DSL ) Internet access, Microsoft Office etc. Laundry room with Washer, Dryer, iron and ironing board.

The Master bedroom has a queen-size bed, satellite TV, and sliding doors to the lanai. The super-size ensuite bathroom has a corner bath, his 'n hers vanity units and a large shower, large walk-in closet with safe. The upstairs master bedroom is very spacious, and has a queen-size bed, satellite TV, ample sized built in closet, comfortable rocking chairs. Ensuite bathroom with shower. One double ( full ) bedroom, two twin bedded rooms and a family bathroom with bath and shower complete the accommodation.

Outside, the fully screened, 30ft x 15ft heatable pool and linked spa has the benefit of the Florida sun without any bugs, and is screened for privacy. The spacious extended deck area has comfortable padded loungers/chairs for twelve. The Lanai is a covered outside area, with table and chairs, and benefits from a refreshing paddle fan. Our beautiful house occupies a large premium corner plot on a quiet road. Whether you want to play golf, visit the Orlando attractions or just relax in the sun by the pool, the peaceful and convenient location provides the ingredients for a truly memorable vacation.

Indian Point is a quiet location, yet convenient for the attractions ( Disney 12 mins ) and also shops ( Walmart 1 mile ) and restaurants( highway 192 ). There is a community pool and children's play area, plus tennis court. There are two lakes and a running track, all exclusively for residents and guests.
