Andorra La Vella, placed just betwixt France and Spain, is both the capital and the most busiest town all over a principality which extends not far away the confluence of the Gran Valira, the Valira del Oriente and the Valira del Norte rivers.
Though apparently smaller of what it really is, bedcause of the presence of nearly 2,500 mts. high snowy peaks it now includes the village of Escaldes, Engordany and Santa Coloma, once considered independent.

Overall Guide : The old town,The Barri Antic, in origin the true heart of both social and commercial life, not far from Placeta del Puial, is full of cobble-stoned streets and houses stone made, not to be missed! Worth being seen is... more also the House of the Valley where the Andorran Parliament still keeps on meeting since the far 1702! It dates back to 1580 thought as a family home, but at present it is considered one of the most comfortable parliament chambers all over the world! Interesting are The Esglesia de Sant Esteve, 11th century, the church’s paintings dating 13th century. The Placa del Poble close to the Edifici Administratiu Govern d’Andorra, is home to both the town’s theatre and the concert venue. To get relaxed do not miss a sauna, a hydromassage or up to you a turkish bath, at the Caldea spa complex! A special meal Placa de Guillemo or the Barri Antic are a nice opportunity to enoy a meal!
