Overall Guide : Royal Botanical Gardens The botanical garden is a famous tourist sight situated between the Niagara Falls and Toronto plus an important centre for regional and local education and conservation. This park is spread over an area of 980 hectares of nature... more sanctuaries considered as a hotspot for plant diversity in the entire Canadian region. Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum A major aviation museum located on the John C. Munro International Airport in the periphery of Hamilton. The museum displays a selection of military aircrafts which have played a distinct role in Canadian military which include Avro Lancasters and a Supermarine Spitfire. Dundurn Castle This castle is one of city’s notable landmarks and a National Historic site which exemplifies the life of Sir Allan Napier MacNab. Castle was built within a span of three years by a young English Architect named Robert Wetherall. This is one of the best estates in the entire province with gardens, grounds and remarkable outbuildings.

Overall Guide : The James Street Art District is great, particularly on the monthly art crawls (second Friday of each month). Lots of beautiful green space around Cootes and the escparpment. Gage Park is very lovely. A lot of character and a lot... more of characters. People are not stuffy; are friendly and down-to-earth
Overall rating 6
Overall Guide : Enjoyed a Tiger Cat football game. The mountain area is much nicer and more easily accessible
