One of the suburban areas of the metropolitan city of Mumbai is Bandra. It is also known as “Queen of the suburbs.” This suburb is divided into two parts known as Bandra-West and Bandra-East. Some of the adjoining suburbs of Bandra are Santacruz, Mahim, Kurla, Khar and Dharavi.

The average temperature in this region varies from 17 degrees Celsius to 32 degrees Celsius. In February, the humidity is moderate and there is warm to cool weather. The average population density in Bandra is 51,275 per square kilometers.
